Skye provides testing reports but makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy or availability of the research chemicals. All chemicals are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.

10. Modifications to Terms

Skye reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued membership after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Members agree to receive promotional emails and marketing materials regarding news, updates, and special offers. Members may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in an email.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skye is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Research Use Notice

All products are sold in powder (lyophilized) form and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only. Research supplies are not included.
